Her expertise spans Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial billing, collections, and compliance—making her a vital asset in driving operational success across a variety of healthcare settings.
As Administrator at First Senior Home Health in Orange Park, Florida, Tonya brings a strategic yet hands-on leadership style to overseeing full-cycle revenue operations. She is known for optimizing workflows, improving financial outcomes, and mentoring high-performing teams. Prior to this role, she held senior positions at Family Life Care, HealthRev Partners, and SimiTree, where she led initiatives that improved accuracy, efficiency, and bottom-line performance.
Tonya’s in-depth knowledge of EMR systems—including HCHB, WellSky, KanTime, MatrixCare, and others—allows her to seamlessly integrate technology with operational processes. Her career began with the State of Florida and evolved through nearly two decades at Welcome Homecare, where she served as Director of Reimbursement.
